RADIO ONE CELEBRATION IN DC, WASHINGTON

Beyonce Knowles, Letoya Luckett, P. Diddy, Jay-Z, Natalie Cole, Aretha Franklin, Janet Jackson, James Ingram, Ruben Studdard, Cathy Hughes, Yolanda Adams, Rev. Al Sharpton, Kirk Franklin, Jermaine Dupri, Dick Gregory, Maxine Waters, Russell Simmons, Ciara, Ananda Lewis, Danny Glover, and Dallas Austin were part of the star-studded guest list at the Radio One gala. The purpose of the event was to celebrate the 25 years in which Radio One has been on air. Here are a few pictures of what went down:

The lovely Beyonce performed a medley of Destiny's Child hits before belting out solo smashes "Crazy in Love" and "Deja Vu."

Beyonce's fella Jay-Z was there to support his woman. Is it me or is this man morphing into a camel/mutant in every picture I see? There is just not enough ugliness in the world to describe this man.

Beyonce must've been on tenterhooks to learn that Jay-Z's past squeeze Ananda Lewis attended the event (bottom right).What's more intense is that Beyonce's former friend and band member Letoya Luckett (top right) also turned up at the celebration. She's a cayuuuute girl but I hayaaaaate her nose job. Ciara (left) looks purty as hell.

Puffy still managed to enjoy the celebration surrouding the controversy of getting his multi-million dollar bling stolen while on vacation in St Tropez a couple of days ago.
