Ashanti is in the September 2007 issue of Cosmpolitan magazine, and she has a feature inside it about her movie role in Residential Evil: Extintion, which is expected to premiere 21st September 2007(peep the official trailer if you haven't seen it yet). ....and here are a couple more stills from the movie. I am definitely going to see this. I have been a massive fan of the Resident Evil series from the first one. And I'm a sucker for the action horrors. It's just too bad that the zombies couldn't do to her music career what they did to her face. Her new single Switch features her boyfriend, rapper Nelly and her forthcoming album The Declaration is expected to drop this October (though this date is savvy to change).
