As I reported earlier this week, cutie Chris Brown was attacked by a large crowd of British girl fans who couldn't maintain their excitement and hysteria, when he did a spot of promoting this past weekend:

Chris was in London to promote his latest new single Wall To Wall. But as the fans were waiting for him to come out of the car, he had to ruuuun into the store like a flash of lightening. Chris couldn't keep himself away from the screaming girl fans who were at a frenzy to touch their idol. They got hold of him and wrestled him to the floor where they tried to UNDRESS him.
