Damn, her RETAIL album has just been leaked, as has Jessica Simpson's. Was it suppose to be Sony Leak day or something? Anyway, what do you guys think now that the whole CD is all over the Internet? The album has 14 tracks including the bonus/hidden tracks. If ya'll want my honest opinion, I don't think the CD is that bad and it sounds much better than those clips. She just needs better writing production and have a less of a parody type of album.

This album disappointed me. I expected more from her. A lot of the music that is out/coming out is amazing. Christina, Kelis, Justin, and Nelly Furtado. & B'Day seems to be at the bottom of the bunch. It's disappointing.

Is it me or a lot of songs sound like it would have been taken from Amerie's "touch"!(i can already hear B's fans yellin out loud that i can't compare both!but just wash ur ears and listen lol!!!)I mean that's not a bad thing coz i enjoyed her cd!But i don't know...a bit dispointing tho i'm happy that it's not as bad as it was supposed to be after hearin deja vu and ring the alarm!

How can someone say this is better than a lot of records? LMAO that is the most ridiculous thing i've heard this morning. If anything...B'Day is a lot worse than most tracks out now\. Rihanna's latest CD makes this look like three day leftovers. I can name three CDs that are far superior to B'Day. Danity KAne's album, Kelis' album, Rihanna's Album, Ciara's first album (yep, Ciara shit sounds way better than this crap), and even KElly Rowland's leaked tracks sounded better. It's a sad sad day in the music industry when people consider B'day to be the result of hard work and passion. I can't even say this album is mediocre. Beyonce mimics eveyrone's style and tries to mold it onto her own..Sorry girl...But u'll never be Deena, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston of even Amerie...just be Beyonce and spend some real time on your music efforts.
I like it. It's aight. It's just the production in places is too loose. Like on "Freakum dress" - Harrison's production is NOWHERE near as tight as it was on Amerie's "1 thing" or "Talkin' about".
She needs to come with tighter production. I don't even think it's the producers fault's, I think it's her. She goes for tracks which sound loose and just ad-libs and harmonizes all over the track which just adds to the mess rather than fixes it. (I love "Get me bodied", but it is too frenetic at times and is in the same vein as DC's "Sexy daddy" only 100 times more listenable!)
I think she needs to learn to relinquish creative control sometimes.
Out of all of these albums which have dropped over the past few months, I still think Nelly Furtado's is the best. Her album was...STILL is hot. I listen to tracks off of it all the time.

I don't like this album. The songs are tames. Oonly one song is good for me, it is Irreplaceable. And nothing else. I think Beyonce need furlough from music bisnes. Resentment song is better when Victoria Beckham singing it. I like Beyonce, DC etc., but this album is disilusionment for me, Beyonce fan.
This cd wasn't as good as Dangerously In Love, but it is alot better than I expected. I think the best tracks on the cd are Green Light, Resentment, Kitty Cat, Irreplaceble, and the two singles. Compared to some of the ish that has been released this year example (Paris Hilton, Cassie) This cd is hott! Im a Beyonce fan and Im pleased with her work
people keep in mind she did this in 2 weeks!!! Saying that I think she did pretty good it's no D in Love but it was not suppose to be.... It's fun music though and I think she delivered it.... It takes plenty of people months to make a flop and it took this girl 2 weeks and still put out some bangers....

I don't know what too say about the album. It isn't that bad but it isn't good neither. I don't think I would listen too the album for years too come, maybe a month. I'm pretty sure I would be sick of it after 4 weeks. It lacks quality too me. The lyrics are horrible. The beats aren't that good too keep your attention. Too much is often going on at once. I don't think this album would stand alone with the other records out today!!! But because it is Beyonce it will sell.
irreplaceable, upgrade u and resentment.. are defintely memorable tracks.. greenlight sucks there is like 5 different things goin on at once... freakum dress is a grower it's ok... kitty is ok.. the rap is pretty good... i haven't heard listen can't find it... deja vu and ring the alarm should have not been singles...get me bodied and the rest are all forgettable.. she should of taken more time on the album... did she really think this was a great album at most this album is mediocre.. she should of released upgrade u first it probably would of went number one then she should of relsead irreplaceable.. she fucked up really bad .. i think next time she'll think aabout what she's doin a lil more..the next time she makes an album.. no one's perfect..she's still goes 4 times platinum well hopefully....
My two cents... this album still sucks. I don't understand what she is doing right now. I hope this is a publicity stunt. I really do. I give this cd a 4/10 just because it's Beyonce.

I really don't care what everyone else is saying ,but I am getting two copies of the album ,because I love it sooooooooo much. I am loving the freshness ,and rawness. I mean Resentment when she screamed Damn it just took the song to another level..Irreplaceable is just taking her talent ,and creativeness that much high. Who would have actually thought she would be narrating a scene while singing a song..To the left to the left everything you own in a box to the left...Green light when she starts singing back to herself that makes the song so hot..Is that a threat yes its another threat..Deja Vu I have always loved...Base..Uhhh...I love Ring the alarm...She's letting them know she's coming ,and no one is taking her shine....Get me Bodied is so fresh ,and I love it. you're right about one thing, but she didn't slaugher just that song...the whole album is slaughtered and absolutely horrible. you purchase your two copes...one for your personal junior high school collection..and one for the garbage can.
wow!! what a bunch of haterz, the album isnt as bad as people are making it out to be, people probaly jus thoght it would be better than dangeruously in love and its not and thats where the hate coming from, album has pretty good songs and yeh the bad ones but its still good, shes still the best in my oppion, no one can match her voice and her creativity, never was big on beyonce but b'day really aint that bad
