Last night on Access, Janet Jackson premiered her new video So Excited. The video was very nice although it looked too similar to her last dance video All Nite. And I loved the special effects where her top comes off. Damn, I wonder what type of career she'd have if her tata's didn't exist because she seems to expose them at every opportunity possible. Although she was there, I was also happy that Khia didn't make a MAJOR appearance in the video *lol* The choreography was good. I don't have a bad word to say about it. It's waaaay better than Call On Me and the only thing worth watching in that video was Nelly's scrumptious ass, mmmmmm .... I don't even know why So Excited wasn't the first single. It should've been.

Its not a bad very and the special effects were kind of cool. I swear I thought I was watching All Nite (Don't Stop) Part 2....
And this Khia character. She was bitching about them possibly taking her out the song. I think my baby sister had more words come out of her mouth when she first started talking than Khia did in the song. They could have left her out of that.
I don't like it. The song is to corny sounding, but I have never really been a fan of Janet's, so my opinion of her doesn't go very far too begin with.
i love this video. the shirt thing was really cool. the dance was hot and the guy she had as her love interest was really hot . the video did remind me of all nite don't stop. i am glad as well that they didn't have khia on there alot .

The video IS way too similar to "All nite (Don't stop)" *lol* - but it's better than her last video.
If she had rolled this out as a first single - she would've fared better. I'm not too keen on the song, but with the video it's easier to take. And as a first single - it woulda done the trick because it has more impact than "Call on me" which I think would have made a MUCH stronger 2nd single than a 1st.
I would've liked to have seen Janet throw down some more though! The way the video's cut, you don't really get to see much of her dancing. I was hoping to see her REALLY throw down, cos can't nobody dance like Janet.
I like the special effect with the clothes though - that's a clever special effect. Would've liked to have seen it incorporated into the dance moves more though. As it would've made the choreography look hotter. Like with her dancing with her back to the camera with no top and then she spins round and magically her top appears. More of sumthin' like that. *lol*

The song woulda been hotter if I could actually hear her sing. I don't like when she does that mumbling shit.
And this song blatantly has nasty lyrics because you can hear whole lines cut out. I know she must mention something about 'keeping a dick hard' or something because one line goes:
"I'm keep ya ----------- baby, that's the least I can do, 'cos you got me so excited."
*LOL* She so NASTY!! I wish she'd leave that out, 'cos it's not sexy and it ruins some of her songs. There was 1 tune on "All for you" (called "Would you mind") which had the sexiest of beats. But she ruined the whole song with graphic lyrics like "I wanna make you cum" and then she starts moaning like she's getting herself off and it just ruins the WHOLE song. Some dudes may like that - I don't. *thumbs down* She needs to learn the art of leaving to the imagination. I find subtleness and classiness sexy. Example: Destiny's Child - T-Shirt. Now THAT right there was sexy. Beyonce's voice had me hypnotized.
I have to say Janet looks hot in a dress too. You rarely ever see Janet's legs do you, 'cos she's always wearing trousers stuff that goes down to the floor.
This blatantly shoulda been a first single. "Call on me" is nice, but this song has more impact.
I can't wait for the album because I keep playing the snippet of "Show me" OVER and OVER and OVER! *lol* I just hope we don't get an album full of stupid Interludes. Every Janet record had loads of crappy Interludes.
The more and more i see her topless the more I'm starting to think that maybe the superbowl incident wasn't a wardrobe malfunction. How many magazine covers/shoot has she done with her boobies half exposed. Its getting ridiculous now, I know its her signature thing but come on....you have to have something a little classy. But the video was alright it did remind me of all night (don't stop) tremendously, from the outfit, setting, lighting, concept. The song is alright, but I do agree that if this was the first single she would have rocked. Hell of alot better than Call on me.

I guess because "All nite (Don't stop)" didn't exactly blow up on radio or TV stations, she was hoping no one would realise the similarities between the 2 videos and re-use many of the concepts. *lol*
The titty thing is getting old now and so is she. She looks so hot when she's covered up and her titties aren't all pushed up - I don't know why she doesn't tone it down. She looks SO damn sexy in what she's rocking when she's dancing! She don't need to have her titty hengin' out all the time.
She reminds me of Mariah Carey. She does the SAME damn thing. She keeps wearing next to nothing like she looks hot and she just looks a wreck.
These chicks need to realise less is more. And flashing pushed up titties and out of shape stomachs, legs and over sized fried egg titties in ya armpits ain't sexy. Not to me anyway.
As everyone has stated, it is a lot like the 'All Nite (Don't Stop)' video, but that said, I really like it. The choreography is good to me and she's looking good again!

The vid was okay but when I watched it again, it looked cheap, especially Nelly's sea background. It looked like one of those displays that you see at a kiddie theme park *lol*
