"Give me the motherfucking camera you asshole!" Last night in LA, Justin Timberlake and his camera-phobic girlfriend Cameron Diaz were ready to knock the lights out of some photographers as these pictures prove. Justin even tried to snatch the camera away but failed dismally. On many occassions, pizza-faced Cameron has made it known that she has shown high disdain for photographers trying to take her picture in public places. Well love, if you don't like being snapped, you shouldn't be in this profession. Justin's ex Britney has it worse off than ANYONE and she deals with it.
Earlier I posted some pictures of Beyonce shopping in Monaco but I just caught sight of this backside picture and those tight black pants do nothing to accentuate her figure. If anything they only reinforce her flat butt even more. Where is the Bootylicious Beyonce we've grown to love over the years? I know that with the new album and movie she lost a lot of weight but do put it back on Beyonce. Voluptuous compliments you so much better.

Ciara is back people! Many weeks ago I stated that the new album will be called Ciara: The Evolution (La Face/Zomba Label Group), and now we have an official album release date and a brand new single which goes by the name of Promise. The new album will drop 5th December 2006. The new single Promise is written by Ciara and produced by Polow (the man behind Fergie's smash hit London's Bridge and Pussy Cat Doll's buttons). Of the new single she says:
"The world loves to dance, so I wanted to give them music to dance to, but at the same time, the message is so much stronger. This time around, I'm taking people into my world and letting them see more of who I truly am"
I can't wait until she unveils her new sound. We already know that the track is going to be an upbeat dance track but the question is, will it be as hot as Polow's previous stuff? I wonder if she'll have any songs on the album that will reflect on her break-up with Bow Wow, and I guess since shes 20 years old now, the material will be more mature and adult-driven. Baby Janet is on her way and I can't wait. Goodies was a hot album.
Another artist coming out with a new album and whom I look forwards to is Gwen Stefani. Gwen states that the new album won't be that much different from Love, Angel, Music, Baby or at least she says it is "part two". Of the new album she says:
"There's a lot of songs that were left over from the last album, and there's some new songs I did with Pharrell" she said. "There's a lot of Pharrell on this record. I did some stuff with [No Doubt's] Tony [Kanal] and some stuff with Akon"
Since it seems she's now settled into motherhood, just like Britney Spears who gave birth last week, both artists are ready to come out in the 07 to bring us some hot new music. I look forwards to BOTH artists. I think 2007 is going to be a very interesting year for R&B music. We have Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Alicia Keys, Amerie, Brooke Valentine, Jennifer Lopez, Maxwell and the list is endless. Speaking of which, since all of the BIG releases are out of the way now following Janet's big leak, these are the other R&B albums we have to look forwards to this year: Mya's Liberation (14th November), Omarion's O (31st Oct), Brooke Hogan's Undiscover (24th Oct) One Chance self titled (31st Oct) Monica's The Makings of Me (3rd Oct), Marques Houston's The Veteran (14th Nov), Mario Vasques' self-titled (26th Sept) Ciara's The Evolution (5th December) and JoJo's The High Road (17th Oct). October looks like it's going to be a very busy month.
UK chart news. It's not good news for Beyonce. Last week, unlike her debut Dangerously In Love, her sophomore solo album B'Day failed to get to no1 debuting at no3 instead and now it's dropped out of the top 10 completely. With Dangerously In Love, it held the top spot for FIVE weeks and even after losing the no1 position, it stayed in the top 10 for ages. Things look positive for Lemar's new album The Truth About Love as this week it entered the no3 position (his albums always do top 5). I downloaded his album last week and gave it a raving review. I was truly impressed. It deserved the no1 spot in my opinion but it was beaten out by Justin Timberlake. FutureSex/LoveSounds has gone straight in at no1, which also topped the billboard album chart as well in the United States. The final sales should be in later today.

I'm torn between wanting to admonish us as a society for forcing black women to acknowledge the social doctrine that says they need big asses, and they must be "voluptuous". Then I hear bootylicious in the background and I say "Ah. I remember this." So, I can't say it in her defense...since she is one of the people behind the word.

I personally would much rather her stay this way and began to erase some of these static images we are seeing of black women...just like they come in different shades, they come in different sizes and shapes. Black women have much more depth than that and this could be an excellent opportunity for her to show her "concern for woman empowerment" by addressing these demands from us...the public.

I agree...all ppl care about is, "Bootylicious" Beyonce. She says she hates that word now, being a grown women, she concludes it was silly for her to write that song but it was apart of Destiny's Child history and still is...She just wishes for it to go away...And let us not for get how talented and blessed she is! You'd think she'd receive recognition for that instead of, "Miss Bootylicious."
Beyonce is known more for her looks then her talent. But it's partially because she plays up to it. Just like how Britney complained about all the attention she gets when she invites it.

JoJo's first cd was so cute and she can sing, can't wait for the next one, Very excited about Gwen Stefani and Ciara(even though her voice isn't that great her first cd was hott). As far as the paparazzi its like what do you expect, your a super hott male, you brought sexy back, and your a celebrity you basically signed your life over when you signed that contract for a recording company so please deal with it.
