Usher's withdrawl from his Broadway musical Chicago has cost the show $300,000. The R&B singer was due to finish last Saturday but pulled out due to a throat infection. New York's Ambasssador theatre had been packed every night since Usher stepped into the role of Billy Flynn, so I take it that it's not all doom and gloom. Insiders say he helped make the show a $1.7 million profit.
