J.Lo has been tangoed!

Jennifer Lopez looked like someone blended orange peel and then ingrated it into her face when she attended the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 2nd Annual Noche de Ninos Gala, Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Her make-up stylist should be sacked immedietely. Ronald McDonald would be proud I'm sure.

Janet attends the Louis Vuitton Lanvin Spring/Summer 2007 Fashion Show looking too cute. Love her 24 Karat earrings!

Pharrell was there too.

PROMO

Here is the new 21 cover for Omarian's new album. The last one was nice but I think I like this one better. I don't know why they changed it but it is cute regardless.

Some promo pictures taken from Bobby Valentino's new album Special Occasion. I'm on the fence about these. Actually, I don't really like them. They also make him look like he's on the DL.

BRITISH ENTERTAINMENT: THE X FACTOR

So Saturday, the whole nation was hooked when the 12 finalists were revealed. Next week, they will be performing on the live shows in a bid to win viewers votes so that they can win a one million recording contract. Each week, a contestant gets voted off until one winner stands. Simon Cowell is mentoring the 16-24's. Louis Walsh is mentoring the groups and Sharon Osbourne is mentoring the over 25's. I am going to concentrate on Simon's group because they are young, attractive and of course I believe he has the winning group. Simon took his contestants to his plush Miami pad where his pop star ex Sinitta vacationed to help him decide who he should put through to the finals (above image). I really like Leona. We have our own British Mariah Carey in the making. So ... here are the four finalists that Simon is mentoring:

At her audition, 21-year-old receptionist Leona sang Judy Garland's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and Simon was deeply impressed. He was equally knocked out by American Idol 5 runner-up Katharine McPhee's performance of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" earlier this year. Leona says that if she won the talent contest, she would buy her mom and dad a house. Oh, and she has the hots for Brad Pitt!

At his audition Ashley sang Stevie Wonder's Ribbon In The Sky and according to Simon, he is "great, great, great". I like Ashley. He's really talented and has a distinctive voice that sets him apart from everybody else although I found it rather funny when he bitched at Simon for giving him a George Michael song to sing. Ashley has the hots for Beyonce and loves his mutton and rice!

Nikitta Angus wowed Simon at her audition with Richard & Linda Thompson's "Dimming of The Day" which was also performed by Bonnie Raitt. She sang the song because she felt it was the song her late mother would've wanted her to sing and Simon said the song was beautiful. She is only 17 years-old and already has some experience singing professionally. She performs around Glasgow and according to reports has also supported Ms Dynamite at a university gig. Strangely Nikitta also bears a strong resemblance to Mikita, the former T4 PopWorld presenter. Sadly, she recently lost her mother to cancer and feels her mother is proudly watching down on her. She also has the hots for young R&B singer Chris Brown.

Baby faced Ray Quinn is just 17 and sang Ain't That A Kick In The Head (Dean Martin, Robbie Williams) at his audition. At the audition Simon said: "you need to be really, really good and at the moment he's just good" but he has improved dramatically as Simon felt he was good enough to be in the final. The scouse actor played Anthony Murray in Brookside and even scooped the accolade of 'Best Dramatic Performance' at the 2002 soap awards. The award related to the bullying storyline in which Anthony accidently killed Imelda one of the girls who was bullying him. Ray was just 13 then, so he's changed a bit, but he still has a cheeky face and patter to match. Just like Ashley, he has the hots for Beyonce.
