TUESDAY'S R&B FABNESS!

Today is Rihanna's 19th birthday. The chick is soooo young and has accomplished so many things than most have in their whole entire life. Last week, Nicole Scherzinger and Rihanna were in Boston along with producer Sean Garrett while recording a song titled "Willing Women" for Secret Deoderant.

Also, Rihanna's biggest fansite have reported that on VALENTINES DAY, she went to watch Ne-yo perform at Key Club in Hollywood. Even though neither of them have confirmed they are dating, they are always together attending events but Valentines Day got Rihanna caught up in the love blues where she just HAD to be with Ne-yo some form or other. She is definitely proving to be a chip off the old block - that would be her idol Beyonce. I remember the very early days of her relationship with Jay-Z. Even though they would appear EVERYWHERE together, for a whole year they would NOT deny or confirm their relationship even though it was plain obvious. They seemed to enjoy playing mousey with the media. Some people said it was a publicity stunt for her 2003 album Dangerously In Love but I guess it was the real deal and they're still going strong. But anyway, she was looking really gorgeous here and over the All Star NBA weekend. Phew! All Star NBA week is finally over which means I can just go back to my ordinary R&B resume. Proceed!

Well, since All Star NBA weekend is over, it's been rather quiet on the R&B celebrity front. Since I love writing and that, today is pretty restricted. But my sadness goes out to Mel B who looked like a washed out homeless woman wandering the streets of LA. She was starting to remind me of the bird lady in Home Alone but a heavily pregnant one with a bird nest laid up on her head and the eggs ready to hatch. And not just the baby in her stomach which looked like it was all ready to drop at any moment. Sad, penniless and homeless was exactly what she was looking like when these pictures hit all over the Net yesterday morning. Why is her hair looking all ruffled like she'd never heard of a comb before? This image is really sad and she looks really broken. Eddie Murphy is truly a bastard and I cannot wait to see her take him to the cleaners and to publicly announce her paternity test. Mind you, her other Spice Girl pal Baby Spice Emma Bunton is currently four months pregnant and she is practically glowing. I've been reading numerous reports that Mel has totally blown her Spice Girl fortune but still, even pregnant women who are living on welfare have looked better than this. Oh well. Good luck to her.

Another celebrity facing ruin is Britney Spears:

Britney Spears became Wigney Spears after she realised the error of her ways donning an ice blonde wig yesterday. Still, with all her millions she couldn't rock a better wig than that? Come push to shove, she should rock the bald cut. When the hair starts to grow out, it won't look all that bad. She will have all her hair back in no time. I give her four months.

Yesterday, Usher and his mama-girlfriend attended the 17th Annual NAACP Theatre Awards:

She may be the least attractive out of all his previous girlfriends but you got to commend him for not being all hung up on looks. And it's not like she has a hot bod or anything. It truly must be lurve.
