Ciara graces the cover of Right On magazine and looks nice although the picture really isn't that new but moreso an "unseen" picture taken from her Promise promotion, though she looks gorgeous with the bone straight look. I wish she'd adopt this look more often because the curly hair can be a little crazy at times.
This magazine is bringing back memories. Hell, I didn't even know Right On still existed. I use to read it back when I'd just left school and before entering Josiah Mason College to study media. Actually, it is one of the magazines that made me want to venture out into music journalism. For obvious reasons, I don't read it NOW though but it's nice to know the magazine is still going strong. So not content with jacking Aaliyah's style, clothes and rhythm and collaborating with Aaliyah's close pal and collaborator Missy, Ciara goes and does a remix with Aaliyah's ex-hubby R.Kelly. Never have I come across an Aaliyah clone like this before. Anyway, check it out.
Now someone tell me what is going on with former R&B singer Tatyana Ali. She use to be mad pretty but as far as physical appearances go, she's been looking not so great lately. She was at Silver Spoon Golden Globes Suite looking the worse for wear:

Those clothes make her look really frumpish and it's obvious that she has put on tonnes of weight. Her bangs don't look right either, but underneath all that frumpish-ness, we know the cuteness lies underneath. She just needs to scrub up a little better in the future. Love this woman, even at 45, this woman is pure hotness! She should put out another record. I actually liked some of her music. And if Halle Berry can come out with an album this year (supposedly) so can Vanessa. It seems that nowadays, you don't need to have the talent to be a musician these days. Your face just needs to be recognised and they practically throw out record deals to these celebrities. Not saying Halle can't sing or anything. We won't know that until the record comes out, but why wait until now?
Anna from Russia was telling me about an artist called Vlad Topalov, and how many of their artists are trying to venture out into R&B. I am taking it R&B isn't that consistent over there as opposing to the UK nd the US. Vlad Topalov did a song which features Mya, and they shot the video (thanks Anna). So this video is new to me and this is all for you Mya fans who haven't seen this. I know I haven't. Mya looks great. Wouldn't call the song R&B though but having Mya in the video, it definetely gets the recognition for it. Check it out:
