FRIDAY'S R&B GRIND

Well, I log in today to see everywhere bombarded with the news that R&B singer Tyrese allegedly hit his girlfriend/baby mama. It must be true considering that he hasn't put out any press release denying such allegations. Shame shame shame. I always knew that men who looked like lizards had a poisonous streak about them. However, hitting a woman is never cool no matter what the circumstances are. But punching her in the stomach TWICE whilst she is 5 months pregnant is just BRUTAL. I hope she doesn't lose the baby. Or that would be murder, eff manslaughter. Charge his ass for murder, lock him up and throw away the key. What makes things bad was that he wasn't man enough to stick around and face up to what he did. He practically fled the scene even before the police and paramedics arrived. What bitch-ass man would do that?

Cassie's friend Rihanna was seen holidaying on the beach when she took her break back in Barbados looking hot as usual and she was most definetely showing off her flexibility skills:
