MONDAY'S JUICY R&B SCOOPS ...

Over the weekend, a host of R&B singers attended the Nickelodeon's 20th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, ranging from Rihanna (below), Ciara, Chris Brown amongst others. Rihanna was looking really cute in her red, purple and white designed dress:

And rapper Nelly also attended the event, and brought along his cute little boy for the ride, as it IS a kiddie event. More pictures after the jump!

I really love that hair style but I don't think it looks good on Rih-Rih because her forehead is REALLY spacious. She needs to bring back the bangs and stop rocking styles that pay her forehead more attention. She's a very cute girl but looking like you're auditioning for a part on Star Trek is just not cool. And I'm beginning to think the brown hair suited her much better.

Ciara also attended the ceremony:

I hate the wig and how it's clamped on top of her head half way. She's fooling nobody with that parting. And why does it need to be so darn long? She can wipe her own ass with that. Somebody need to teach this girl all about wig/weave control and knowing how to make something fake look natural. Poor horsey. See, this is why I miss Aaliyah because NOBODY did it like her, no matter how folks try to imitate, she was ON POINT, especially with the weaves. Anyway, Ciara's third single will be MY LOVE and the video will be directed by Sophie Muller.

And what's more beautiful than seeing a black rapper playing an active doting role in his son's life:

Well. Well. Well. Remember the days when Britney Spears use to look like this? Because I remember very well, the days she became a magnet for paedophiles with that Baby One More Time video ....

Well, her 16-year-old sister Jamie-Lyn also attended the event and looked mad cute. Very pretty girl. Brit-Brit needs to take some tips from her little sister. Unfortunately, I'm reading reports that she's going into the same direction as Britney - pursuing a singing career. Her first single is supposedly called "Promise Ring" and it features Ciara. She should take a look at what happened to Britney when she shot to fame at 16. SCREWED UP.

It was really funny seeing Randy pictured with Rihanna because if she auditioned and she sounded like she does on her new single Umbrella, in his big ole husky voice, he would tell her "You will make it rain dawg. WE would need an umbrella instead because that was not tha bomb dawg!"

Christina Aguilera was spotted outside of touring where she partied away in Montreal:

Nice to see her having fun ontop of all that workload. I guess it's safe to dismiss those pregnancy rumours then.

What a family affair it was when those Mowry twin sisters (Tamera and Tia) arrived at the Premiere of Revolution Studios' and Columbia Pictures' "Are We Done Yet?", alongside their mama Darlene Mowry and younger (Smart Guy) brother Tahj Mowry:

The twins kicked it with rapper Ice Cube and their former Sister Sister co-star R&B singer Marques Houston. The above picture sees pretty actress Nia Long attend the same premiere with her son. He is soooo adorable.

In this issue, she talks about her curves and how Diddy is adamant on putting her on a strict work-out regime so that she could look like his other Bad Boy artist Cassie. Hmph! Foul. HELLO! She also put the braids back in. They look nice. And she looks great too. It's nice to see she's getting her life back on track. I can't wait for the new album.

A couple of days ago, Letoya Luckett attended Mad Hatta's Album Release party and her face looked proper ravished ...





I just don't get it. This chick use to be soooo pretty and she keeps messing with the surgery. Now she looks like a browner version of Michael Jackson. Just sad.
