Sexy R&B singer Mya did a brand new photoshoot and interview for Miami's Ocean Style magazine and here are the HQ scans. She talks about her new album Liberation and some of the tracks that she recorded as well as her latest movie role in The Cover. There are more HQ amazing pictures after the jump. Gorgeous! Mya is doing the damn thing and she's all set to give us a sizzling summer. It's about time too. Mya fans have been waiting the longest.

Mya is coming, and the video looks like it's going to turn out nice. I guess this means we'll be seeing the video next month. Can't wait. Mya's new album Liberation is set to drop 26th June 2007.

And guess what album has leaked? Ne-yo's Because of You. The album many of us have been waiting for. Check out my album review:
I wasn't really feeling the album, and didn't feel that Ne-yo showed much growth on the new album. Filled with new-skool and old-skool anthems, Because of You uses the same formula as his last album "In My Own Words". Do You is a very nice laidback track, the best track on the album. And he also puts a nice spin on the Jennifer Hudson collaboration Leaving Tonight which just so happens to be a sample of the old Smokey Robinson classic. Sex With My Ex definetely has old-skool Prince written all over it. I'm also feeling Say It and I 100% dig Make It Work and maybe 1 or 2 others. Go On Girl sounds like an Irreplaceable jack. I guess when he penned that track for Beyonce, he must have liked it a little too much. But in my opinion, a lot of the tracks are similar to his debut or the album tends to deal with the same subject matter over and over. He's young so therefore singing with much more sexual emphasis can be expected. There are a lot more sexual undertones than the last album, but it doesn't necessarily take away from the album. Ne-Yo is obviously a very talented songwriter and all of the tracks that he's produced for other artists, they have been of a very high calibre that have left me very much satisfied as an avid R&B listener. But I didn't hear much growth or development on this album and that's a shame because this album had real potential to be the ultimate grabber. Oh well.
Remember original 3LW chick Naturi Naughton? She left the R&B group 6-7 years ago because she had a bust-up with Kiely Williams and it was reported that when they dined out at KFC, Kiely threw chicken in her face. Then it was rumoured that Adrienne Bailey and Kiely would pick on her because she was "dark skinned". To dispute these rumours, they picked out another dark skinned chick to join the group (Jessica), and since then 3LW have spiralled into doomsdom and have failed to bring out another album since Naturi left. Now Naturi is all set and ready to come out with her debut solo album. Here are some brand new pictures of the 21-year-old:
She looks pretty. And I always thought she was the best singer in the group. Whilst Adrienne had a "chipmunk" kind of tone to her voice and Kiely was a poor imitation of Left Eye, Naturi had proven she was the most talented and her departure from the group left a question as to how they would cope ..... they didn't. "The Realest" is the official first single from Usher's yet-untitled new album according to Jermaine Dupri. He says: "It was pretty much what he was on. He was like, 'I got the realest woman in the world. You ever had the realest woman in the world? You ever have a real one?' That was how he was talking to me. And within the hour, I heard what we should be saying in the hook, and he was like, 'Yeah, let's go". "The result of the song was extremely full of heat, so thats why its the first single, his goal is to outsell Confessions this time around and have more number one records".
Oh really? There is no way this new album is going to top Confessions. No fucking way. Confessions is to Usher what Thriller was to Michael Jackson. He never did repeat or top his Thriller success. That was MJ's peak right there. Just like how I feel that Usher reached his peak with the Confession's album (didn't it go diamond in the US?) I mean selling one million copies in the first week was amazing but I can't really see that happening again. Don't get me wrong. I think the new album will be extremely successful, but I'm just saying it won't do Confession's numbers. They must be kidding. Anyway, in other Usher news, the 28 year old Multi-Platinum singer and his fiance stylist, Tameka Foster have hired New York City Event Planner Extrodiare, Preston Bailey to coordinate their November nuptial. Raymond and Foster phoned Bailey back in December when he proposed and asked that Bailey do their wedding and reception. Sources say that the wedding will be "very - private" and that the celebrity couple have mentioned the island of Aquila as one of their possible wedding destinations. A close friend of Tameka told Atlanta Gossip, (AG) that they would be spending one week of their three week honeymoon on the South of France.
