WEDNESDAY'S MINI R&B SCOOP & NEW MUSIC ...

Here are the first seen pictures of Beyonce kickstarting her tour of Japan. Beyoncé's world tour runs from now until September. She will be in Europe by the end of April and in the US by July. Hopefully by then, Beyonce will take a break from the music industry for a good while. Knowing Beyonce she will probably run back into the studio to record another album for a 2009 release. And with that big lovely gold ring engraved with her man's name, you'd think that such devotion would be enough to make a woman settle down and pop out babies. In Beyonce's case, I guess not. This woman will not stop until she moves mountains or be the first human being to take a dump on Mars. I guess she doesn't want to be overshadowed by Jay-Z's favourite squeeze, I mean protege - Rihanna.

R&B star Christina Milian will be really happy now that she will no longer be in the Blu "no work" Cantrell category as she is set to co-star with ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" Mario Lopez in the CW comedy pilot "Eight Days a Week.":

Miss Dip It Low is set to play a gorgeous ex-law career woman who takes an assistant's job at an art gallery. Lopez will play one of the bosses, an impeccably dressed wunderkind with a cell phone attached to his ear. The project revolves around four twenty-somethings who work under the top movers and shakers in New York. The show is reported to bear similarities to the film "The Devil Wears Prada" and television hit "Ugly Betty" with its assistant/boss format. On her official forum, Christina said Joss Stone tracked down her phone number and called her to apologize to her and her mother for her nasty comments in the recent issue of GIANT magazine.

NEW MUSIC!!!

1. Another exclusive track from Lumidee's upcoming new album Unexpected features Snoop Dog and the track is called "In It For The Money". Lumidee's new album is expected to drop 17th April 2007. The track is straight garbage to me and doesn't have the same edge as her current single "She's Like The Wind". Damn, she sucks so bad. I don't even know why I take the time out to listen to her songs. Listening to her sing is like having a hammer banging away at the eardrums.

2. Another exclusive track has leaked from Ne-yo's anticipated sophomore album Because of You. It's called Make It Work and it's FIYAH! Check it out! It's a slow tempo track with a beautiful melody.

Say what you want about Ne-yo - he may not be easy on the eye but his music sure is beautiful to the ears. He is just one of those that remains powerfully consistent. He is also producing for Britney Spears and Whitney Houston and was the mastermind behind Unfaithful and Irreplaceable which were monster hits for Rihanna and Beyonce and as ya'll know, he produced a couple of tracks on Rihanna's upcoming album Good Girl Gone Bad (Hate To Love You being one of them and this was posted yesterday). Mad props to That Grapejuice for providing the new Ne-yo track. I so cannot wait for his new album to drop, I mean leak. Ne-yo's new album will drop 1st May 2007.

3. And as we're talking about Rihanna, here's a mixtape going around called Good Girl Going Bad. Have no idea if it's official or not but as it's floating around, I thought I'd share:

1. Umbrella (non rap edit)
2. Hate That I Love You (feat Ne-yo)
3. We Ride (Straight Ryder Remix) feat 2Pac
4. Hypnotized
5. Should I? Feat J-Status
6. Happy
7. Bring It Back
8. Unfaithful feat Shontelle (Reggae Remix)
9. Hotness feat Shontelle
10. Who Ya Gonna Run To
11. Give Me A Try feat Sizzla
12. Coulda Been The One
13. Winning Woman feat Nicole Scherzinger
14. Break It Off (Crunk Island Remix) feat Sean Paul

Rihanna's official new album Good Girl Gone Bad is expected to drop 5th June 2007.
