Yesterday R&B princess Ashanti & her mama were spotted shopping on Rodeo Drive (March 20, 2007) where they were seen outside Christian Dior. Ashanti's cornrows looked mad hot. I so wish I could style like this. Good job my younger sister is good at braiding like that. I may rock this look over the weekend.

Here it is people. Rihanna singing the Mariah classic "Hero" at a school pageant back in her Native Barbados when she was 16. She sounds awful and the hilarity of it all is that she actually won the contest. Of course she has SLIGHTLY improved in the singing but the vocal lessons need to be a frequent thing as of now because homegirl still got a lot of improving to do. Bearing in mind, this was only 3 years ago. But since then, the girl has come a long way and has a lot to be proud of.
And this week, she was spotted arriving at Barbados airport:

In the UK, the album drops 30th April 2007 but I am also reading that in the US the album may not drop until next year. Say what?
And um, I pray to the almighty that this picture is photoshopped because if it aint, this will NOT help Michael Jackson in his ploy to divert all accusations that he's homosexual or a potential paedophile. Today, radio station Power 105 were all over it. This picture has just "resurfaced" and was supposedly taken around the time 3T recorded their duet "WHY" with uncle Michael 11 years ago but Michael seems to have taken a closer bond to his young nephew TJ who was 17 at the time:

1. Chris Brown's new single could be out in the next couple of weeks according to MTV today. His sophomore album, Exclusive, is slated for release in August on Jive Records. The album's first single is still up in the air, but he's debating between two tracks: "Picture Perfect" and "Throwed." Our R&B prince didn't want to give up too many details about the two songs, but he said fans should be able to hear one of them soon, possibly within the next two weeks. Did you hear that people?
