MONDAY'S HOT R&B APPEARANCES!!!

Last week, Ciara dropped in on TRL and showed presenter Carlson Daly all of her flexibility skills:

Ciara was showing Carlson and the TRL audience how to do the dance routine in her latest new video Like A Boy. Her hair, shoes and outfit were too cute. Later that day, she was spotted out and about in NY rocking some fur boots and a blue leather jacket.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have been spotted out and about in New York City quite a lot over the weekend. Yesterday, they were spotted once again leaving an NY restaurant, possibly Nobu since that is where Beyonce frequently eats:

Again, her weave looked really bad. And it looked like she had finished doing her day job as a secretary.

Fergie was spotted once again working out in Santa Monica:

She really does mean business with that fitness regime of hers.

A host of R&B celebrities attended Dallas Austin's - 2nd Annual don't STOP THE MUSIC Gala starting with TLC's T-Boz, Jennifer Hudson, season 3 American Idol runner-up Diana Degarmo as well as former N-Sync member JC Chavez:

T-Boz looked absolutely amazing. She's been rocking the same hairstyle since 92' but I aint mad at her. Diana's dress was horrible, whilst Jennifer Hudson stayed doing her thang on that stage - which is exactly where she belongs. Other celebrities who attended the event included Al Green, Denise Rich, Orlando Jones, Gabrielle Union and a bunch of others.

And guess who was spotted AGAIN over the weekend?!?!?!

Whitney Houston and Ray-J. Whitney seems really infatuated with her young lover but she ought to be careful that he's not milking their "relationship" to further HIS career (or what's left of it) or she could be doing it for HER comeback this year because I am still not getting round the fact that they are together. To me it seems like one big publicity stunt.

Marques Houston hung out with his step brother Omarion who also chilled with his co-host Letoya Luckett. That sexy white man Robin Thicke also put in a performance as did Marques and Omarion. Meanwhile, Mario Barrett posed during his red carpet moment.

And Letoya also proved to us that she was the queen of the frocks that night:

The chick just couldn't stop changing into a different dress that night but she looked beautiful regardless of what she wore.

Later, she kicked it backstage with Janet Jackson and her fella Jermaine Dupri:
