I guess she has been implicated in the plot to pervert the course of justice. A police spokesperson confirmed: "A 24-year old woman has been arrested by appointment at an east London police station. She is currently in custody. The arrest was in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice". And the plot thickens.
It's going to be more of a crackhouse Christmas for Amy than a Winehouse one, as Ms Winehouse has made a death pact with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. Amy has reportedly vowed to kill herself if she is parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence and now Amy herself faces jail time if she is linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake. But the shocking part of it all is that folks don't care and would rather get off at the prospect of Amy dying before the year is out just to snag themselves an ipod Touch this Christmas.
