According to TMZ, the woman who died in the car accident involving Brandy actually struck the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact. This is reportedly the sudden stop that caused Brandy to hit the dead woman's car. I guess Brandy can soon breathe peacefully once she is relieved from this mess that took place almost exactly one year ago. Too bad the same can't be said for her hair folicles.
