Alicia Keys flourishes in a hot new 'Marc Squires' photoshoot for Interview magazine (December/January 2008):
The second picture is my favourite and I'm thinking about using it for my new Toya's World banner for the 2008 launch. Overall, these are a hot set of pictures. In more Alicia hotness, Oprah Winfrey has OFFICIALLY announced that the 26-year-old singer will play Lena Horne in a movie based on the music legend's life and not Janet Jackson as was rumoured earlier. Wow. This is BIG! Wow. According to Oprah, shooting of the movie will begin next year. Lena Horne didn't want Janet because of the Superbowl incident on Feb 1st 2004 when she "wardrobe-malfunctioned" by having Justin Timberlake expose her breast (Yes, that's right. Justin being MORE to blame for ripping it off but he didn't catch half the flack Janet did). I think Alicia will do the role justice and since it's a lead role, it is going to be a very challenging one as well. Watch and learn Beyonce.
