Mel is gearing herself up for a one-off Spice Girls reunion. The Spice Girls are currently recording a new track to be released at Christmas, and they will also be doing a world tour. A greatest hits album is expected to be released with some added new tracks and then after that, they split up - FOR GOOD! All the Spice Girls are reported to have been paid $2 million for the reunion and from what I've read, contracts have already been signed and sealed.
There will possibly be a big run on Rihanna stuff here on the blog over the next few days as Toya's World follows Rih-Rih to her other destinations as she continues her monumental international Good Girl Gone Bad promo. If you're not a Rihanna fan, well, maybe you should venture somewhere until Rihanna mania dies down (which won't be anytime soon). Anyway, I just thought I would share this new high quality promo picture. I had posted this picture previously but the pic was low quality:

Also, American Idol winner Jordin Sparks visited MTV's "Mi TRL" TRL this week. And here are pictures when she appeared on the Today show yesterday:
Her competitor Blake Lewis also performed on the show. Some say he will have a bigger career than Jordin but I hope not. Jordin is more talented and she DID win after all. I do like Blake though but he's not a great singer and beatboxing can only take you so far. He gets a lot of credit for being "different". The next couple of months will be really busy as Jordin heads into a recording studio to start work on her debut album which will be a combination of rock, pop and R&B.

1. Somebody obviously has a little too much time on their hands and has taken their dislike for Beyonce to new levels. Beyonceits is the new .... whuttt? R&B singers Ashanti, Amerie Ciara, Monica and Brandy have all become victims of this new disease.
2. R&B songstress Mya Harrison has reportedly signed on to be a judge on new talent show where wannabes sing in the shower. The singer will front a new MTV series, called Shower Power, with U.S. reality TV stars Jai Rodriguez and Drew Lachey [READ MORE]

Why do people still continue to listen to R.Kelly's music? Don't they freakin' realise that they are supporting paedophilia? This is the very same man who befriended late R&B singer Aaliyah when she was just 12-years-old. And when she was 15, he married her (R.Kelly was 27 at the time). Oh and lets not forget him pissing on a minor.
Will Mya ever release that damn album? Must we wait another 2,000 years?
