The video was interesting. The wait was worthwhile. I particularly liked the different concepts surrounding the issues of cheating, conflict and interracial relationships. I love how the video had a storyline to match the song. And she looked cute. She was looking more Beyonce-ish than her idol Mariah Carey though but vocally, she is getting there. The song is also very powerful and channels 90's Mariah which is what I think they're going for because in the UK, we don't have any Mariah Carey/Kelly Clarkson/Christina Aguilera type singers. That Footprints in the Sand track is also reminiscent of early Mariah as is Homeless. It's like they're trying to fit her into that mould but it's also important that she concentrates on being 'Leona' and not the powerhouse singers that she often gets compared to.
