MARIAH CAREY: POSTPONES ALBUM TO FEBRUARY 2008....

FOX NEWS has officially announced that Mariah Carey has postponed the release of her new album, previously scheduled for December 4th, until next February:

I knew it all a long. I've been saying for WEEKS on this blog that it's very likely Mariah's album isn't dropping this year. So we won't be hearing the new single until December and even then, I think the album may get postponed again because Mariah's label mate Janet Jackson and Mariah's bitter enemy Madonna is also reportedly dropping in that same period as well. Other R&B releases expected to drop in February include Cherish, Cassie and Letoya Luckett. Interesting.
