All-Star Weekend in L.A. saw Ray-J and Lil Kim flaunt their relationship once again. I wasn't believing that they were together, after his fling with Whitney Houston (ha, didn't Ray-J tell Sister to Sister's Jamie Foster Brown that his mother considered Whitney part of the family?).
