LEONA LEWIS: HARPER BAZAAR....

X-Factor winner Leona Lewis was treated like royalty during her Harpar Bazaar photoshoot in Santa Monica, California. She had a full squad of experts on hand to ensure her first major mag shoot made waves in anticipation of her big US launch next week. Her new single, 'Bleeding Love', comes out on October 29th and will be followed by her hotly-anticipated debut album, which is released on November 5 in the UK and early 2008 in the US. During the shoot, Leona angered local residents when she caused a massive traffic jam when a huge crowd of fans gathered round to try and catch a glimpse of the singer. Within minutes the throng of people had spilled onto the road causing chaos for motorists and infuriating residents. One enraged man stormed down to the beach to confront the crew and Leona and threatened to call the police unless the problem was immediately resolved. However, quick-thinking Leona managed to defuse the situation by taking the man to one side to apologize to him and calm him down. The man DID calm down before congratulating her for winning the British TV talent show as well as complimented her on how beautiful she looked.
