Today, the legendary icon Janet Jackson celebrates her 41st birthday. TV One had a birthday celebration for her by showing all of the Penny episodes of Good Times, and ya'll know she'll be getting some good loving from her man and fam.
I remember the VERY first time I saw Rhythm Nation and became instantly tranced. That was the first video of Janet that I ever lay eyes on and she became an admired figure/artist/dancer/actress/icon throughout my childhood. EVERY year is a celebration of her 20-year-old music career.
